This is a fitness class for adults that includes exercises at the barre focusing on legs, bums and tums. Exercises can be altered to suit individual experience and capability.
Wear comfortable exercise clothing and bring a bottle of water. Soft ballet shoes or socks will be most comfortable on your feet.
